Terrible experience
They sent the item with the wrong charger, so we have never been able to use our machine. The follow up customer care since has been awful. Postage was slow initially to get here - NOTE IT TAKES WEEKS TO GET TO AUSTRALIA. Once it finally arrived, they then argued the point that it wasn't the wrong charger with us failing to take on board what we were saying. When they finally acknowledged we were right, they agreed to replace with the correct charger. Now, months later, we are still waiting on the correct charger, haven't received any tracking details for this, and I would assume it was never sent. Disappointing waste of time.

Purchase was easy to organise and delivery was reasonably quick, considering it was just prior to Christmas. Very happy with quality of the goods!

I don’t recommend this wireless microphone, very difficult to return the product to the seller and do not accept return. No instruction manual included in the box as it is online according to the seller. No product sticker that says it has pass the quality control. The product is posted directly from HongKong. The invoice is $52 USD and I paid $269 AU. I never tested my microphone as I am not confident that it will not match in Australian power. Until now I am still returning my microphone and wasted time talking to the seller. I just realised that the website has no main office address or warehouse address. Overall base on my experience I will never recommend the wireless microphone as I am not sure if it safe to use in Australia.

Great product great quality very happy with my purchase had lots of fun singing with this microphone the sound is amazing and able to sing along easily with music playing in background.
