Refund policy
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
- We provide a repair, replacement or refund if the product is faulty or significantly not as described
- The product can not be returned if you change your mind
- We reserve the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect
- For returns, please email info@sonio.com.au with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return
- We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods
- Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after
Refund may be void if your product exemplifies any of the following issues:
- The product is subject to excessive force or repetitive strain
- The product is dismantled, modified, cut, or deformed
- The product is painted, marked, or soiled from installation or use
- The product is subject to contaminants such as paint, glues, stickers sand, water, soil, etc or anything.
- The product is subject to weather, pets, or pests
- The product is returned without its original packaging.
- The product is returned in such a way that prevents resale.
- The product is physically damaged
